Finding a Career

Finding a career and planning for your future can sometimes seem overwhelming – especially if you don’t know what you want to do. In the past, many people chose a career and stayed in that career for their entire lives. However, today it is common for people to change their careers over time.

It is important to do a self-assessment when looking for a career. Ask yourself:

  • What do I enjoy doing?
  • What do I do well?
  • What do others tell me?
  • What makes me feel energized?

Throughout the shareholder development section of the website, you’ll find success stories shareholders have shared about their experiences in their education, internship, training program or career.

A self-assessment is the first step finding a career that is right for you. Below you will find a couple resources to help you evaluate your skills and values, and match them to a career that is right for you. Have fun exploring!
